(i)      Process Description:

• The Oscillating vibration blow the relay by motor system and transfer them to the ionizer blow system.
• Case will be supplied from the bowl feeder, picked and inserted by using cam system.

 

(ii)    Equipment Fixture:

• Pneumatic cylinder and CPU controller.
• Bowl feeder and linear feeder system.
• Cam system.
• Safety interlocking sensor and cover.
