(i)      Process Description:

• This machine is designed to bend window type condenser to 90 degree or C sharp with two bending die sets.
• This machine run on multi model window type condenser.
• The Operator load the condenser on the table.
• When the start button is on, two bending die sets will move down to clamp the condenser and the pneumatic cylinder will bend the condenser.

 

(ii)    Equipment Fixture:

• Pneumatic system with difference speed.
• Safety area sensor and safety cover system.
• Audible alarm for error.
• Electrical control system by PLC.
