(i)      Process Description:

• This machine is designed to test the leaking on the copper tube using razing system.
• The operator load the evaporator on to the machine receiver.
• When the start button is press, side clamping unit will locate the evaporator.
• Then the checking head with air blow nozzles will come down and seal the copper tube.
• The nozzles will full fill the copper tube with air pressure and lock the pressure for a few minute with pressure switch.
• If the pressure drop, the machine alarm will be activated.

 

(ii)    Equipment Fixture:

• Pneumatic leak test system.
• Safety area sensor and safety cover system.
• Audible alarm for error.
• Electrical control system by PLC.
