(i)      Process Description:

• This is a fully automated system for inserting relay terminal.
• The terminals are supply by bowl feeder.
• Relay base are transferring by pneumatic system.
• The relay terminal is pick up from the linear feeder and inserted to the base by using cam system.

 

(ii)    Equipment Fixture:

• Pneumatic cylinder and CPU controller.
• Linear feeder.
• Cam system.
• Safety interlocking sensor and cover.

 

    

(i)     Process Description:

• The relay terminal is supply from bowl feeder to the linear feeder.
• Inserting terminal is by pneumatic system and rotate station is by indexer.

 

(ii)    Equipment Fixture:

• Bowl feeder and linear feeder.
• Pneumatic system.
• Index man.
• Electrical control system by PLC.
