(i)      Process Description:

• This machine is designed to coil copper tube with two-difference copper tube size.
• The operator is to load the copper tube into coiling dies set.
• The he press the start button to activate the motor.
• The coiling die set will start to turn counter clock wise c/w invertor to control motor speed.
• The motor will stop running after the sensor is on.
• The operator to unload the copper tube.

 

(ii)    Equipment Fixture:

• Driven motor system with inverter.
• Safety area sensor and safety cover system.
• Audible alarm for error.
• Electrical control system by PLC.
