(i)      Process Description:

• This machine is designed to bend a radius of small condenser.
• The Operator load the condenser and bending is done by hydraulic system.
• The Encoder will take the degree reading.

 

(ii)    Equipment Fixture:

• Hydraulic power pack with two speed system .
• Pneumatic system.
• Audible alarm for error.
• Electrical control system by PLC.
