(i)      Process Description:

• This machine is designed to bend VRF condenser to 90 degree and U sharp.
• It can be run on multi model VRF condenser.
• Operator to load condenser on the up down table.
• When the start button is on, the table will move up and the front clamping unit will clamp the condenser
• Then the servo motor will coupling with gear head and turn the condenser.

 

(ii)    Equipment Fixture:

• Servo motor system.
• Safety area sensor and safety cover system.
• Audible alarm for error.
• Electrical control system by PLC.
