(i)      Process Description:

• This machine is for soldering terminal leg.
• In-feed relay is by flat belt conveyor and pick and place by using vacuum system.
• The relay is then transfer by rodless cylinder.
• The relay will trip into the flux and solder.

 

(ii)    Equipment Fixture:

• Pneumatic cylinder and CPU controller.
• Safety interlocking sensor and cover.
