(i)      Process Description:

• The machine first pick up the relay and then transferred to indexer jig using pneumatic system.
• Then the indexer turns to leak testing.
• Good relay will then transfer to flat belt conveyor for next process.
• The fail relay will be transferred to NG pusher.

 

(ii)    Equipment Fixture:

• Pneumatic cylinder, indexer and CPU controller.
• Safety interlocking sensor and cover.
